The Kett Centre offers a working skills course for students who have a few qualifications at GCSE.

Why choose The Working Skills Course ?

  • Health

How is the course taught?

  • You will have a work placement
  • There will be links with courses at City College with opportunities to have vocational tasters.
  • There will be visits to different workplaces and advice from employers about how to get the job you want.

How is the course assessed?

You will be able to get key Skills qualifications at Level 1. You will also leave with a portfolio of work showing what you can do.

Why is it valuable?

You will become more confident:

  • In applying for jobs
