ADMINISTRATION  LEVEL 1

 

Who is it for?

Typically those carrying out routine administrative activities such as an office junior who require regular supervision. 

 

Activities range from:-

Contributing to effective team work’; demonstrating an awareness of health & safety issues; being able to prepare and copy routine documents; locating and storing files using a paper based system; entering and searching for data using a computer; contributing to maintaining customer service and distributing and dispatching mail.

 

ADMINISTRATION  LEVEL 2

 

Who is it for?

For those involved in a broad range of activities, requiring a limited range of supervision and using their initiative to be able to work independently.

 

Activities range from:-

An awareness of health & safety issues; being able to support the work of a team; planning , organising and improving your own work; communicating information using telephone and fax; preparing and printing documents using a computer; providing an effective customer service; receiving and assisting visitors; communicate information electronically; produce documents from recorded speech; receive and make payments and process financial information.

 

ADMINISTRATION  LEVEL 3

 

Who is it for?

Typically those carrying out administrative duties with a considerable amount of responsibility.

 

Activities range from:-

Maintaining and developing effective working relationships; contributing to the maintenance of a healthy, safe and working environment; being able to manage your own work and development; researching, preparing  and presenting information from a variety of resources; maintaining and developing a paper – based information system; maintaining and using databases; develop effective services for customers; support users of administrative services; contribute to organising events, scheduling activities and resources; design and layout complex documents using a computer; support the use of information technology systems.
