is this course taught?
Topics will be covered through a
variety of approaches including video, internet and newspapers and magazine
articles.
You will be encouraged to work
independently and research a topic of your own choice for oral and coursework
modules.
How
is the course assessed?
You will sit three papers at the end of
the first year and these are:
Unit 1 - Listening and writing examination
Unit 2 - Reading/Writing examination
Unit 3 - Prepared oral topic
At the end of the second year you will
sit two papers and these are:
Unit 4 - Oral discussion of issues
Unit 5 - Coursework
Unit 6 -
a) Listening and Writing examination

c) Writing in registers examination
